yes it should come 3 days later this month. Note the 2nd half of your cycle should be 14 days long. I told my gyno today that mine has been 12 and she said that was borderline for a luteal phase defect (not enough progestorone) You can not sustain a pregnancy without a luteal phase that last at least 11 days.

Everyone's luteal phase is different. Normal is from 10-16 days with 14 being most common. Now, each individual women's luteal phase will be about the same each cycle and will not vary by more than a day each cycle. If your lp is usually 14 days then it may vary to 13 or 15 but will not vary more than that.

Ovulation is always the 14th day after first day of your period. I have not read anywhere about periods starting on the same day every month but an approximate date to expect your period is usually within three days before and three days after expected date. Yes, everyone is different.

I think it is like your cycle most women are 28 days but some are 30....Kinda like that, but I'm not sure how all that works. LOL I've had a baby and am trying again, you would think I would have the hang of it by now. LOL
Good Luck though.
