the dark skinned one i think his name was jordan on sister sister wit tia and tamera mawry but yea it was a comedy and he was dreamin...and somewhere in da movie they go to the prom or some tyoe of dance

I think the guy you're talking about is Deon Richmond(He played Jordan, I think he was Tamera's BF) The movie was called Trippin'
