dont touch it? lol thats like saying how do i keep a base ball bat in mint condision if i want to use it =\

Is it a brand-new laptop? Make sure the plastic cover is off. Don't mean to make it simple---but if it is scratching that simple, you need to ask www.sony.com for the reasons and any diagnasis. Good Luck and enjoy your new comp!
