Challenge the arrest in court. If you can conclusively prove that the license was not suspended at the time of your arrest, then you're fine.

the first consultation with a lawyer is free go to a lawyer and or go to the clerk of courts and do that before the hearing or trial prove you have the license and you can avoid court

Plead not guilty.
Clearly the authorities thinkt that it is. If they can't prove it beyond a reasonable doubt, then you win. But if you are wrong, then you get convicted and you are no worse off than pleading "guilty".
