For Advance games, you can use VBALink. For Gameboy Color games, try BGB. You can download it at http://www.emulator-zone.com/doc.php/gameboy/bgb.html. You will need a fast connection to do it over a network, or the game will get buggy. You can also link two emulators on the same PC, but I've had problems doing this.

No.
There is no way to connect the same emulator and do the transaction. And it doesn't work with two different emulators.
I have no idea how to explain it, but I know it cannot be done.

then u can do all the comm link stuff on ur emulator

juz use 1 emulter and make sure it same..
