my spouse is overseas & we don't want to wait on immigration to validate our marriage. I am getting older and the likelyhood of me getting pregnant is getting slim. How long can sperm keep if it is chilled on ice for 3 days?

Yes you can.Here in the UK many women have had partners die,and before they died they had it frozen.(they had illnesses and knew their time was up).They fought legal battles to get the frozen sperm,used it and now have their dead partners kids.
So it can last a LONG time.Good luck!
