I don't think that the Shiites and Sunnis killing each other has anything to do with Israel. Nor do I think that the Muslims all over the world rioted and caused violence because of a cartoon in a Danish Newspaper had anything to do with Israel. And I never heard any Jews say that all these Muslims did not have a right to exist or that they should be wiped off the face of the earth.

The Palestinians only have themselves to blame.

The only reason why the Palestinian territories are so impoverished is because they are too preoccupied with their obsession of being "martyrs." If they want to make their lives better they should get rid of their suicide belts and weapons and start thinking about learning to co-exist with their Israeli friends who would be happy to help better themselves.

Recognizing Israel and its right to exist will lead to a more sensible solution for the Palestinians. Until then, the Palestinians will be stuck in their self-made prisons where their living conditions shall never improve.

It's a combination of factors. Land claims in Israel/Palestine are part of it. The US presence in Iraq is simply because of the oil reserves. Other governments/movements align themselves with various factions when it's politically favorable. I wish someone would find a passage in the Koran that advocates peaceful alternatives.

Israeli issue is one of the biggest contributor to the middle east problems, however, the ramped ignorance, poverty, and the lack of real democracy in the middle east are feeding the , so called,
