Ok I looked it up again and it saids a person that had not had sexual intercourse,but I have with my boyfriend(alot)so am I still a virgin?And another thing is I'm only 13years old goin' on 14 so does that make me sexual matural or sexual immatural????

No, if you had sexual intercourse then you are not a virgin. You are kind of young to be having sex especially if you're asking this type of question. But sexual maturity depends upon the person and the relationship so honestly I don’t know enough about you to answer that last question fairly; but assuming from your question, I would say immature.

Okay, let Mama Otter spell this out for you:
1) you are 13 years old and you shouldn't even be having sex.
2) you are sexually immature. This means your body is almost old enough to have sex but not old enough to fully carry a baby to term without serious medical help.
3) If you have had any sexual intercourse (his personal thingy in your personal thingy) you are NOT a virgin and will never again be one.
4) I advise you to stop having sex. You're not ready for it, and you can catch some seriously NASTY diseases from it (not to mention a baby that may be harmed or die from an early birth)
5) if you don't stop, at least use a condom at ALL times and get some birth control pills.
You are not sexually mature and you won't be until you are 16/18. I really do hope you make it til then. Please, Child, stop. Blessings.

part of the problem is your 13 and dont know what a virgin is.
your virginity is gone forever.
you haven't even hit puberty yet.
now you are most likely going to go through your teenage years laying down with your legs in the air for a every guy you associate with, because sex to you is more like playing twister than any meaningful definition anyone here can offer you.
