Without a doubt the 2001 University of Miami Hurricanes. An all star list of players who moved on to the NFL. Their average margin of victory for the year was 34 points and went 12-0 which is no easy feat anymore.

I'm a huge USC fan and we've had some great players, but there's no question that the 2000/2001 Miami Hurricane's easily had the best talent in one season.
