It seems really bad that two men faithfully doing their job have seemingly been railroaded & sent to prison and their families suffer. At every turn, it seems more & more like fraud & a cover up, or some kind of scandel. Someone in the press was even recently strongly warned about saying things which the government official then turned around and acknowledged as true. The government acts ignorant and gives even elected officials the run-around, and it all seems more & more dubious and like higher government interference & cronyism from the times when Bush was governor of Texas. Is this true? If so, how far should the matter be pursued?

Where did you come up with this nonsense? The two in question were tried by a jury and found guilty, what would the President have to do with that? I followed the trial fairly close, they probably got a too-stiff sentence, but they did screw-up.

I really don't think Bush had anything to do with this one. But I know that he has led the people of this Nation to think the Military that he ordered to the border to do a good job. The truth is they can not arrest anyone that comes across the border, they can't lay a finger on any illegal. All our Military can do is to stand there and do nothing. These three guys that were doing their job, one officer and two border guards. How did this happen? The officer that shot out the two back tires that the illegals were in, as they almost ran over his foot, awaiting trial, but charged by the Prosecutor as being out of control. The others are already in prison and have faced several oppositions.(Beatings from other inmates) Now one of the illegals have filed a lawsuit! DO You Believe This!!!

This Prosecutor should be prosecuted himself. He is out to make a name for himself at the expense of other's pain. One of these guys has lost their home, vehicle, wife & children and now divorce(Stress) and bankruptcy.

I think it safe to say I along with about 65% of the people in the United States feel that Bush should be impeached for at least a couple reasons
