Technically yes its just like downloading music,you are depriving,the artist ,studio.etc.of royalties ,but its not as if it isn't a problem that we dont already know about,as long as you are downloading for you own benefit and not making any money from the movies ie. burning and ill legally selling .your isp provider is not going to monitor your downloading activities .

no thats why its called unlimited downloads if u pay napster or whatever for unlimited downloads for music its not illegal its the samewith movies

I guess it depends on who you are paying. I gotta think that this practice is illegal.
