First of all, your mucous plug doesn't break. It disintegrates, which means it basically falls apart. Labor could still be a long ways away. Mine started to come out about a month before I had my daughter. It's comes out because labor is close, but there is no way to know how close exactly. It's could be hours, days, or weeks. All you can do now is wait.

That's what happened with me with my first pregnancy. My mucus plug came out the 18th of March, and I had my son the very next morning. Just take it easy, and when you feel the contractions coming on at steady intervals (3-5 minutes apart for at least an hour), I'd go on to the hospital. Since you've all ready had two kids, you may want to go a little earlier than that because this one could come a lot sooner, or so I've been told by my doctor. Congratulations! You're almost done!!

I'm 40 weeks due tomorrow and I have just list my whole mucus plug Monday. You can loose the plug up to 2 weeks before labor really begins. Don't be alarmed until you are getting strong contractions 3 minutes apart. I thought I was in labor when I started having 5-10 minute apart frequent period like contractions. Turned out just to Braxton Hicks. Just wait, you baby will be here soon!

First of all why do you think losing your mucus plug is a false alarm, this is what is supposed to happen, and it can meen labor is a few days away or still a few weeks. If you had your baby today it wouldn't be pre-mature. 37-42 weeks is considered full term.

My cousin replaced into pregnant very last 365 days and she or he had a flase alarm. They kept her in well being facility besides for some hours, only to be particular. I one way or the different doubt you're pregnant...i imagine possibly you're only bored!

It's just time, the baby can
come any time now. Just
because the doctor said it
will come on the 20th, doesn't
mean it will. The doctors are
only right 50% of the time. The
baby is right 100% of the time.
