if I "were the Oakland Raiders", then conceivably I would also be the QB.
i guess your question would be better posed in some sci-fi or theoretical category since I might be in some Star Trek alternate universe where I was actually multiple lifeforms (aka the Oakland Raiders)

Russell. with the O line as horrible as it is right now, they need a QB that is somewhat mobile to avoid rushers, and on your list, Russell is the most mobile one. (when Aaron Brooks came back to player after his injury the sack rate went down by ALOT)
the Raiders also need a QB that has a cannon for an arm because they are an vertical passing offense (also a reason for mobility, because this scheme often needs more time to throw)
and Cutler has a powerful arm, and Russell a second, but russell is much bigger and can avoid rushers in the process too.

I would want JaMarcus Russell. He is 6 foot 6 and 260 pounds. So right there we know he could handle the Raiders' worst line in football. Unlike Aaron Brooks who was out most of the season because of them and Andrew Walter who had the leagues worst passer rating. Yup, even worse than good ol' Grossman. So know they finally have another chance. They could have had another great QB a couple years back when they took Robert Gallery who is the league's highest paid Left Tackle and the League's worst Left Tackle. And of course there was last year. I was praying that nobody would take Matt Leinart before the Raiders. But what I should have prayed for was the Raiders TO TAKE LEINART. INSTEAD WE TOOK MICHAEL HUFF! Right then and there I knew the Raiders would be the worst team in the league..... but wait.... now we have another chance for a ral champion... a monster QB... who has an unbelievable arm. JaMarcus can throw 40 yards from his butt, 65 yards from his knees, and 85 YARDS NORMALLY. Now how does that fit Al Davis' love for the vertical passing game?

Out of the four quarterbacks you mention, I would have to say Jay Cutler would be the best fit. However, Oakland needs a lot more than just a quarterback. When/if Al Davis ever lets go of his control on the Raiders, they might have a chance to get some real talent. Until then, they are doomed to finish at the bottom of the NFL.

Well lets not have the Raiders be looking in the past at their mistakes. Leinart and Cutler are both starters for their teams and I think they will be with their current teams for a while. As for this years draft, I think Russell would do better in Oakland. If Moss stays he would get along with him better than I think Quinn would.

Well since time travel doesn't exist I can't pick the last two. Russell won the head to head matchup against brady quinn, so I give him the nod as the Oakland Qb

Russell. Quinn wouldn't fit the kind of offense that they are trying to run. You can defenitely build an offense around Russell and he gives the offense a chance to open up. They also need a better offensive line too.

Man Oakland needs more than a QB but i think Brady Quinn and maybe Oklahoma RB Adrian Peterson and an offensive line and a defense and lots of bags to hand out to fans at home games to hide their faces.....lol

I think Russell only because he's more mobile and he's going to need to be to run away from the defense next season.
