buffalo, NY = home of snow days. we had 2 weeks off in october, and we just had 2 days in february. im really hoping for one tommorrow. what are some of the rituals you have heard of to encourage snow days? we have flushing ice cubes down the toilette, wearing pajamas inside out, putting a frozen spoon under your pillow, and i just recently heard from a long island resident throwing a paper cup out the window. any others?

I don't really believe that good luck charms can change the weather.
Weather is a whole scientific thing.

Your gonna get a snow day no matter what...have you checked the weather?

Don't do anything you're going to regret come spring, when you have to make up the snow days...
