when i go to the gym to work out and i work on my arms, my veins pop out and my biceps and triceps are big and hard. then about an hour later they wont look or feel good unless i flex. why is this? i do normal workout routines almost every day but i dont know why this happens

if the muscle gain doenst last long after the gym, how come i always see people with big muscles who are not in the gym?

Its due to the flexibility in your arms. When u stretch your arms ur letting them get loose so once u start lifting the muscle wont come off the bone. So when ur lifting ur musles have blood rushing too which makes them big while lifting. the reason they are flabby after words is because ur muscles have tightened up again not letting any more blood into the muscle region
