I can't redeem my gift card for iTunes on iTunes. I hit redeem and I enter my code. All it wants me to do is enter my account name and password. I do so. I'm 13 years of age so I do NOT have a credit card to enter on the pages that follow and it will not let me proceed beyond that point. Therefore I can get nowhere with that option. There is also an occasion where sometimes I can pick my county. I do so. It accesses the iTunes store and then does nothing. I search for music and i hit "Buy Song". It wants me to enter credit card information. Please help me I really want to get music!

be careful, there is a fake apple store on the net. Did you see a lock sign?

iTunes accounts DO NOT Require a credit card to create.
At one point there is a click box that say's proceed without credit card info. Hit that and proceed.
Both my neices have iTunes Accounts and they are teenagers as well.
Go to Apple Support if you continue to have trouble
