I have ITunes and Limewire. It seems that I have somehow downloaded a file that I can not delete.?

It does not show up in Limeware. It shows up in my ITunes when you double click Shared Folder. It's Bill Clinton's voice advertising a website IFREECLUB.com I can't not delete it from ITunes. I can't even search on my computer for it. This is how the file looks

Can anyone help?

Sounds like I-Tunes thought it was done downloading when limewire didn't. Or it is active malware and you need to shut it down before you delete it. Good luck.
