Fabric shades that have been glued together (not stitched) must not get wet. The glue will fail. Use a duster to remove the loose grim, then apply dry cleaning fluid to a rag and gently wipe the shade. Be sure you always are wiping with a clean portion of the rag or you will simply redistribute the grime.
Dry Cleaning Fluid is a highly toxic and flammable chemical that is used at dry cleaners to remove dirt and soil from clothing. Dry cleaning fluid is also available commercially for use on washable and dry cleaning clothing.
Dry cleaning fluid is extremely toxic and flammable. Follow directions carefully. Use in a well-ventilated area. Never use dry cleaning fluid in the washing machine or the dryer.

Go to any auto section in your store and buy Tuff Stuff (It is used to clean car upholstry) but I have used it to clean lamps shades. It comes in a foam and you spready it on with a sponge and when dry you just vacuum the shade. Good Luck!!

They key is to dust them regularly. If they get too dirty, they never return to a good clean anymore.

A normal adult usually knows how to clean them, b/c you don't, I assume they are very very dirty, so, throw them away. Very dirty lamp shades can not be cleaned.
