A'lijah is a BOY'S name!! You can make it pretty with the A and all of that, but when it comes down to it-when you call out that name, everybody is going to look for a little boy to respond to you. How about Naija instead? But I think Imani Maree is so much nicer, and prettier. I've heard the name Imani on both girls and boys, and I think it sounds better on a girl. Good Luck.

I like A'lijah. I have a friend Elisha, pronounced Elijah.
Imani. Is it pronounced like Armani, but with an I? Or like Iman, the model. Iman-ee? I like Imani like Armani.

I like Alijah Maree but you can choose 2 middle names Alijah Imani Maree. Also what do the names mean and you will know when the baby is born which fits right you might even choose another name altogether.
