My mom picked up my brother's Baby Bearded Dragon and put him back in and then he started twitching and then he flipped off his rock and just laid there!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It has been 14 minutes since you posted, what is it doing now? If it is a seizure it should be over by now. Has it been acting normal up until then, eating and drinking. What are you feeding it? have you been dusting it's food with supplements? How small is it not including the tail?

What have you been feeding it? Make sure you stick with food items no bigger then the space betweenit's eyes and are you supplementing with D3 or offering calcium and a good uva/uvb light? Big food items can cause major damage to the nervous system of a young beardie and picking it up might have just moved things to the right spot to do so.

Yes, just like was mentioned before, make sure that he is warm. He sould see a reptile vet asap.

not dead, just rub him, he is in shock, Make sure your hands are warm, and maybe put him in a warm blanket.
