My mom recantly left for a trip to California and Tahiti and i am in New Jersy. When she lesft my eyes filled woth tears and i cant stop crying it is 1 housr later i must have alot of tears. So my point is...is there a way to stop crying please help me asap.

Is it becasue you miss her? Just think about how much fun she is having and the stories she will tell you from her vacation when she returns. And I'm sure she will come with presents for you!

I'm so sorry. Drink some water. Think of how happy and rested your mother will be when she comes back. She'll have a tan. Treat yourself to a good book to get your mind off of your loss. Stretch, relax, be thankful for all of the good in your life. Call a friend and ask her to tell you happy stories. Goof around. Have fun. Giggle. Act like a monkey. Do something you love. Get some friends over, dance. Whatever works do not allow yourself to wallow in it. Try to choose healthy coping mechanisms. Always remember, God never will give us more than we can handle. If you need help ask for it.
