My friend's bat mitzvah is coming up, and I need a dress. It can't be a spaghetti strap (can't show the shoulders) and I was thinking of just a black dress with maybe some detailing in the fabric or something. Probably right at or below the knees- it needs to be sophisticated, but I don't want anything too fancy because I want the attention to be on how pretty my friend's going to look, not me.
