Why not dress as Pirates of The Caribbean, Make Party invitations look authentic by sending them out as old Maps.
Then research things that Pirates did and have fun trying
to do the same.
Example: Walk the plank, Search for Pirates Treasures.Serve a Pirates menu of Fish and Chips.

a game i did when my boys were teens was the clothes pin in the milk bottle (glass ones ( it is very hard but it was done. so it would be fun. also having a number of cotton balls in bowl and have each one pick one of them up with one hand and count. You could also use pin the donkey or find a pin up to do. i mean there are so many things and there are games that are in the party stores you can get books and use them.
