If someone in his teens is in love with this girl but when he's horny or "in the mood" fantasizes about guys etc... what is it.. is it curiousity or does that mean that the guy is gay or bisexual? Or is this completely normal?

It could just be curiousity. Tell this fella to think about what he finds alluring about guys, and if he'd want to do something. Only from experience will he be able to find out if he's gay, straight, bi, or whatever else is out there.

A heterosexual male thinks about women when he's horny. If a guy thinks about guys when he's horny, it's an indicator that he may be gay. If it happens consistently, it's not just curiosity. Either way, hetero, gay or bi...it's normal. People are who they are. The important thing is to know who you are, so you can be happy and fulfilled. Rather then fool yourself or live a lie.
