Cam Cameron..the pieces are in place (IF Culpepper is 100%), if the old defense can get up for one more good year while they get some younger guys through the draft, that can be a very good team. At the very least, Cameron won't be hated as much as Saban, lol

Lane Kiffen of the Oakland Raiders! How is it not Lane Kiffen because all the Raiders can do is get better. He has the best chance of becoming successful. Plus the defense is amzing. They were 1st in the NFl against the pass and they were 3rd in the league in total defense. Lane Kiffen is an offensive genius and he has brought at least 7 new coaches (that I know of) to the Raiders. Including the offensive line coach from the Atlanta Falcons. Atlanta led the league this year in rushing and finished in the top 5 in the past 3 years. Also he got Atlanta's offensive coordinator, Greg Knapp which is even better.

That would have to be Mike Tomlin of the Steelers. The team had a bad year at 8-8 and look to do better no matter who took over. Tomlin has a good knowledge of the game and a whole lot of talent to work with. He should be able to fill the few holes he has on the team through the draft and free agency. A lot of players had bad years last year due to injuries and a little rest will do them good. Let's not forget he inherits a team that won the Super Bowl just one year ago.
