mine ALWAYS runs down my face and i know that happens with most pencil eyeliner, but whats one youve tried that works pretty well? ive tried wearing eyeliner base under my eyeliner to keep it in place, and i dont like liquid eyeliner because it looks too stiff.

try urban decay 24/7 eyeliners. you can buy them at sephora, and they are kinda expensive but once they touch your face it will be very hard to wash off. thats the staying power.

Revlon Colorstay seems to be the only one that I have used that doesn't smudge all around my eyes. I know that you said pencil, but the one thing that I have found never smudges and stays on as long as you want it on is waterproof mascara. If you line your eyes with the end of the brush very gently and close to the lash line it will stay there until you scrub it off. If you use the waterproof mascara it won't run in to your eyes! It takes a few tries and a little getting used to, but after a couple of days, the application becomes much easier and you don't have racoon eyes

Clearly eyeliner doesn't agree with your skin oils. If you want a similar effect that will give you many more choices go out and buy an angled eyeliner brush and use eyeshadow instead. It's a less harsh look (or could be as harsh if you wanted to use more). Plus it's fun playing with makeup so i'd consider giving it a shot. It's important to use your face powder with it to lock it in.

Avon Glimmersticks work really well and they go on sale for 2.99. I use it with an eyeliner brush to smudge it. Looks great!

you HAVE to try chanel eyeliner!!!!
i used to use dior, but it kept smearing and fading, so i signed up for a makeover by chanel and they used the intense kohl eyeliner on me. it looked so nice i had to buy it. i wear it everyday now and it does not fade or smear at all! it looks natural, beautiful and lasts all day, trust me, it's expensive but worth every single penny!!

almay eyeliner pencil at your local drug store its like $6 bucks its a bargain but it for the best

I use Bonebelle eye liner and i like it alot and i find that it does not smudge like other eye liners that i have tried

Try (Marcelle) Liners they make waterproof ones. Not sure if you can get it in USA. We have it in Canada.
