from my own experience they are very similar to pregnancy symptoms. your boobs grow and hurt, you are sensitive and emtional, you may gain weight, but some women stay the same or lose weight. the first month on the pill i had nausea and cried a lot.

There could be several.

you are taking a hormone to get to terminate the pregnancy so your system couldl react in several ways. Moodiness, nausea, heart problems, stroke, and many more (you should not smoke because that increases your chance of a stroke).

high blood pressure...blood clots...i had to be taken off of the pill due to high blood pressure..
