I'm in 8th grade and I'm friends with like 2 of the girls @ my lunch table, which is the only reason I sit their anyway. They've recently been talking about doing something this weekend, but theyve NEVER included me in their plans. I also know another girl at our table probably wont be included either. So should I ignore them? Or should I just act like I'm invited and say something when their talking about this? Also, one girl was naming off people who said thay could probably go, and that list of names did NOT include me. I usually dont talk very much at lunch but it really hurts when they talk about doing stuff that doesnt include me.

hey keep sitting at the table, middle school sucks, people get nicer and more accepting as time goes on. maybe since youre at the table they assume they know youre invited anyway. but it doesnt really sound like that. but dont give up on them yet. and move on if you want to but give it more time its always good to make a lot of friends, im a senior in high school and its my biggest regret

Okay, to begin with, and I know this is hard to remember, but the girls that may be your friends now, may not be later down the road. And perhaps, since you know when this party is, and you know this other girl at your table is not invited, perhaps the two of you could do something that night. I can promise you this much, that you are young and there will be plenty of parties in your future.
If you are feeling brave (a hard thing to do for anyone regardless of age) you could ask her privately if there are any issues between the two of you, and if she gives you a reason you dont like or starts to act like she suddenly HAS to ask you. Then you will already know the extent of your friendship, and the hurt, if there is any, won't last forever.
Above all, hold your head high, life will always be full fof possibilities, so long as you look up, and keep your eyes open.

These girls may seem to be the in thing right now, to you, and others. But believe me they are usually forgotten about years later. Most young men use these girls for show, or for sex. These young men want a real good girl for a true relationship. Someone like you, someone who doesn't let petty, adolescent things affect them. You will understand this in the future.
Why not make your own plans with other kids who are left out, and talk about it in front of these girls. Let them see your not caught in their trap. You are better than what they make you seem like. You are valuable, and should not let these girls get you down. Popularity is only a game. There are no popularity contest in the real world. Ignore these girls remarks, and just be your self and make other friends. Real friends with those who truly appreciate you as a person. You can eat with who ever you like, why don't you widen out. Being your self, being proud of who you are, and what you have, may not seem normal today. But it is the best thing to do, in order to find real friends.

You should find different people to sit with at lunch. If they dont include you they arent your friends. And yes you should say something to them dont be afraid to say your insides.

I thimk you should say something to those girls, because you and other people are getting hurt emotinally, but i think you should hanndle this in a mature matter.

you don't talk, so they might be thinking it's a social think i don't think she's going to talk anyway why call her. you need to talk for people to no you're interested.go for it.
