It depends. If he is getting SSDI, which is disability income based on his earnings over the years, her income won't affect his social security.

If he is getting SSI, which is disability income because he is disabled but didn't work long enough under the social security system to draw SSDI, her income and assets will affect his disability income. Since SSI is a type of welfare, they take household income and assets into consideration.
