That a person can have this eye color?

anything is possible. I'm sure someone in the world has their eyes that color. The pacific blue one though, I wouldn't believe them if they said it was their real eye color..
The second one is more reasonable.

I probably would not believe them.....I wouldnt accuse them of lying outright; but I would look really close for a contact " edge ". Just because I havent seen it though; doesnt mean it isnt possible....I have seen some really odd eye colors that were completely natural.....but never that bright of a blue.

yes, then when i see teh person i will have to give them a eye test by rubbing them for about 1 min. and then i will know the get down on the eyes you can always tell if they are fake at times.

No I would not believe them they are contact. I had a friend that always wore purple contacts but she would tell people that they were natural it made her feel good about herself but she was lying.

pacific blue doesn't look real and don't think i'd have to ask.. but the 2nd ..moonlight.. looks more natural, like they could be real

theyre both possible(i have never seen anything like the 2nd one though, its little weird to have that and it be natural)

its all about lighting and sumthing about mood.

my sister has the second one, im not so sure about the first one though. They are both really pretty though.
