I cant get my two usb ports to work. Help!?

i have everything up-to-date (bios, windows, drivers) and everything is enabled in the BIOS. Please help me i want to get my camera to work.

do you have service pack 2 installed? assuming your using xp and do you have the latest motherboard driver installed and are they enabled in the bios? just a few things to check

first make sure about your USB is really working by Flash or USB Mouse if it is running
so try to read manual some devices need to follows his steps to install
and some of it you must not to connect it with PC until he tills you
