Youtube video question?

When I uploaded a movie, I put it on youtube.. I lost the file a while back, and now i want to retrieve the video back... is there any way you can download videos from youtube? I want to submit it to nick.com

you tube only recieves videos and does not allow users to download the video.but you can try for some software which records flash streaming videos while playing.
