After I pass above 65 MPH, The Service Engine Soon light kicked on. I have no idea what causes, the gas cap is tight, what else?

It's hard to say without troubleshooting the car. One thing I have had cause it is the 'throttle position sensor'. This sensor is a potentiometer (variable resistor) and if it has a dead spot then it will trigger the "Check Engine" or "Service Engine Soon" light when that spot is reached.

You didn't mention the type of car or if the light comes on and stays on or goes off when you go below 65. But the fact that it is speed sensitive means the computer is getting a faulty reading from something relevant to the vehicle speed sensor's reading or the VSS itself. The best thing to do would be to scan it and check which code comes up and go from there. It would also be good to scan the vehicle while driving and watch the datastream readings when the light comes on. Most scanners will perform a "freeze frame" of readings the moment the light turns on and others will even record in real time the readings occurring 30 seconds before and after the code comes up. Good luck!!

Suggest haveing a professional look at it, pay him to properly diagnosis it. But what 1st somes to mind with that complaint is a problem in your EGR circuit. The EGR is the one component that doesn't actually operate all the time, they work only at higher speeds. Sounds like when the EGR is needed at the higher speeds, its not working properly and the PCM see's that and clikcs on your SES lamp. Good luck

Your check engine light comes on when any of the circuits monitored by the computer return a value outside the range it expects to see. What error code are you showing? I would suspect catalytic converter back pressure wrong at that speed.

Could be a problem with a wheel sensor. Might be packed with snow under there. Hard to say. You need to check codes. Could be about 100 things. Good luck.
