That would steer people to believe that QL is a raacist, but in reality I think, like many African-American's, that she doesn't trust white America. A lot of what people write and rap about is for show, and to sell records. She wants to be a positive role model and show other African Americans that they too can make something of themselves and be successful. It's a way that African-Americans can keeep their heritage and coexist with other races in harmony. It's all an act. Like most people of color in this country she has had her share of good experiences and bad experiences; heck, I'm white and law abiding, and yet I have had more than my fair share of good and bad experiences with cops, but it doesn't mean I am anti-cop; it just means I don't always trust them. When I was 16, I ran a red light one time in a middle class neighborhood in a middle class car and the cop did a felony stop on me. I got cuffed in the middle of the street while they ran my stuff, which came back clean and they let me go with a ticket. I went to juvy court and the judge threw it out and reprimanded the officer. I also had a cop help me change a tire on the freeway one time when I got a flat. But if I were a rapper, I'd exaggerate and talk about how I hate cops. Doesn't mean I do, but you get the idea.

Hey look man.... I have a team and my best student is 3 - 1 in cage events. He counters the ground game quite well and uses "Boxing" skills to put his opponents away with although his landed punches are accomplished using Karates index and middle knuckle punching technique. His name is "Mike Reinzan" and you can yahoo or google him to see what he's all about. I've had a ton of people that don't even train fighters tell me how "scrappy" he is because they don't understand the skills that the kid has. He was trained under many different aspects of the martial arts including Boxing and karate as well as jujitsu and muay thai. So from an instructor's point of view I just can't buy any arguements about one art being better than another no matter what art comparisons any one makes. Is boxing a skillful art form sure it is and it's a very under estimated combat skill, both in the cage, and on the streets as well. Suburbanites will always have their misconceptions and assumptions about things they only think they know from watching T.V. but practitioners know what the score really is. They're not called the "Mixed Martial Arts" for nothing.

Okay, she was executive producer but she did'nt write those lyrics and that was like over 10 years ago...she is no longer that person...with losing her brother and transitioning into becoming a actress...she has made a successful career by utilizing a network of white execs and power brokers...even if she said some anti-white lyrics....that was then and this is now..people evolve or devolve like Micheal Richards...from Seinfield...what about when Ted Danson showed up to speak at a actors convention in blackface ...should be looked at as a racist or bigot now for his misguided actions of his past...no...it looks like someone wants to stir something up... but it dose'nt matter, Dana Owens always rises from the ashes like a phoenix...she's been thru the fire before.

why, because she exercised her freedom of speech. you f'in losers. however i can't get over how many black people concider themselves african american, when they are more than 8 generations removed, face it there isn't anything african about them. my ancesters are from france but i don't concider my self french american because there hasn't been any ancestry from france in my family for 12 generations i am an american period. quit throwing the african american thing around if you've never been there. i love queen latifa but she is no more african than george bush
