My man had no will when he died and his family is still uncooperative. I found out that I can claim his body by filing as administrator of his estate . How do I do that?

Call you local probate court. They should have a form to petition the court to be the admisintrator of an intestate estate. However, your state has a statute regarding who the court should appoint, and the court, absent some overwhelming reason not to do so, will appoint whomever the statute lists, most likely a family member.
