sure, to some extent. in the experience that they did not, they would not hardship me a lot, and that i'd not hate them. Politics religions and certain philosophies that get my dander up is because i think like they DO contain me, or my kinfolk, or my acquaintances (And so a lengthy way as i'm worried, it truly continues to be "me") (If someone receives your goat, would not that hardship you,too - in my opinion? lol)

It only seems that way because your mind is focusing on the negatives try to think about how good things happen too.
