Well, when I have a really big project, There usally is SOME delegation of duties, of course but it's often helpful to encourage the people that "just fit" best with the jobs that need to be filled. Usually their capabilities, personalities and ability to take direction (a little nudge here and there) will ,ake them feel that they have picked their place. That way, they feel more capable and "in charge" of themselves, therefore more confident and more productive.
