I'm 15, a C cup and started wearing a bra when I was 12. I wear one everyday, a kind of bra that gives good support. But though I have been wearing one for more then 3 years, I haven't got totally used to it yet. Sometimes it's like my bra is telling me, "Hey girl, I'm here". Especially in summer.
I think I'm stuck to a bra for the rest of my life, right? What do I do to get totally used to it?

Go make sure that you're wearing the right size. Many stores offer professional bra measuring (try Dillard's, Victoria's Secret or Fredrick's of Hollywood because their specialists have to take a class on how to fit a woman for a bra, and they're very thorough). Once you've been fitted, they'll be able to help you pick out a bra that will be both comfortable and supportive (Fredrick's bras keep my 32D/DD's nice and perky and they offer bras that have underwires that you can't even feel). The fitting isn't as embarrassing as you might think.

It probably isn't fitting you properly. I suggest that you get measured to make sure you get the appropriate size. Also, if you are wearing a bra with a wire in it, that could be annoying you. Some women just hate the wire bras due to how annoying they are. I suggest that you try a wireless bra...you'll find it more comfy. There are several wireless bras available through retailers such as victoria's secret. you can search their website to see what they have, although I recommend that you go to an actual store because you need to try on the bras to see which ones feel the best. In the summer time, make sure you wear a bra that is more breathable...avoid excess padding. Good Luck

You may want to try other bras, go to a store and try on several different ones. Some are more comfortable than others and nothing says you have to have really super support all the time. At times you may want to wear a sports bra which is very comfortable. Then there are others that have less support but are comfortable. Just go and try them and buy a couple for casual times and times when it doesn't matter how high they are. lol You may like the difference...a sweatshirt or loose top allows you to wear something more comfortable and more casual. be yourself. Good luck. Relax a little.

Here are some solutions:

-Get a proper bra fitting
-Go online to learn how to fit one for yourself (not as accurate but less embarrassing)
-Try a more expensive bra... seems silly, but often more expensive bras fit better, and are made of a more comfortable material, and since they last liner, the expense usually is worth it
-Wear sport bras on hot days if possible... they will breathe better.

I am 17, a DD (probably bigger) and have been wearing a bra since I was 10. I am still not used to them. I hate it. They are uncomfy, i would prefer to wear a sports bra all the time. But they give me "log boob" (1 long log looking thing across the chest)

I too wish I could go without. It may be that your bras don't fit properly. Most good shops can take your measurements and help you find some that fit better. I particularly like Victoria Secret. If you can find bras in fabric that breaths better, wicks moisture away, it will help you feel more comfortable.
