There are many sights where you can get emulators and roms for free. You can get snes, as well as other home systems and arcade games. The one I use is http://www.rom-world.com/toproms.php and I would highly recommend it. Download the emulator first, then the whichever roms you would like.

You should try miniclip.com or addictinggames.com. I go there ALOT and its all freeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee.
