I know where she is, and know she has been married for 46 years to the same man. Any advice?

Been there and done that. Some times a good memory is worth more than trying to make something out of the past. If you run into her be her friend and say hi. Don't ruin it by being a ****head.

You can always send a note. Be innocent. Tell her you were thinking of her. Ask how she is. Tell her what you have done with your life. Do not tell her your feelings. She might not remember you. You might not get a response. Who knows. It is worth an effort. I'll tell you a happy story. I had a friend in High School in the 60's who had a great girlfriend. They went their separate ways. They both got married and divorced over the years. He sent her a note after 35 years. They just got married.

50 years is a long time, but you feel what you feel. Why not send her a nice letter telling her what you have been up to. This ay you leave it up to her and don't come across as a star-crossed stalker. I am sure after 46 years her husband could careless, after all where is she going...

if she is married it would be so wrong to interfere with her life, as almost fifty years has passed, and things do change, we aren't the same people as we once were. just leave it be just as it is, a wonderful memory of someone u once loved. she belongs to her husband.

Let her go. She is obviously happy in her life. Perhaps you should consider moving on yourself, you never know what opportunities you might miss by being blinded with unrequited love.

I would contact her just to become a friend. Then should anything ever happen between her and her husband you will be there. It is always better to have a friend become a lover.

Unless she is already divorcing, leave her alone. They have been happily married for many years. Do you realize how rare that is?
