My moms side of the family is completly against gay relationships but I believe that its fine and if you love somebody you should be with them, but if I try to tell my family that they will argue till the end with me about it, they are totally christian and dislike anything that they think is against God. I mean im religious too but not to the point of calling somebody a disgrace because they did something you think is a sin. How do I tell them my opinion without them trying to sway my opinion?

They will probably try to sway your opinion regardless. That's simply what most families do when they don't agree with what a family member is doing.
The key is in helping them realize that this is not a mistake, that this is who you are, and that no matter how they treat you or how hard they try to change you, you will still be their loving, lesbian family member.
You can tell them that your love for them will not change based on how they respond, and that you hope they have this same kind of unconditional love for you.
This process can take time, but it's helpful if they know that you love them and that you hope that they will still love you, even though you are telling them something about yourself that they do not want to hear.
Hopefully they will accept it and your relationship will not change. But even if they don't, you will probably be better off having this burden of secrecy and pain lifted from your shoulders.

If you really want to try talking to them about it, then do some reading about homosexuality. What biblical scholars have to say about the bible and homosexuality. What the psychological community says and any other topics that interest you.
A few good books- "Is the Homosexual my neighbor?" good basic book, "Christianity, Social Tolerance and Homosexuality" much more scholarly and in depth, "What the Bible really says about Homosexuality".
