Vince sounds like that because he wants the fans to take him serious. Furthermore the people that he says that to aren't really fired, their contract is expired so they have to move on or sign with the WWE again.

It does sound like he is spitting when he is saying that. Have you noticed how little bits of spittle come out of Vince's mouth when he is yelling? I have noticed this a lot. Maybe he should spit before he gets to the ring or bring a spitoon with him. He makes Bastion Booger look clean.

Whenever he sys that someone they are not really fired.It is just part of the storyline and maybe tha person is going to a different band and back in ohio valley wrestling or deep south wrestling or just to create a reason for the absence from television
