On the outside of the envelope write: Return to sender
There is no cost to you and the band could figure out their problem.
If it is your address, but someone else's name, I'd investigate.
If it was someone in a home a couple of doors down, I'd deliver it to them.

I just got my own credit cards and it was difficult for me to activate my own cards, so it would be impossible for someone else to even activate them
