Okay well I popped my knee out back in september, and popped it back in real quick with out relizing it till it all happened. Then I could bearly walk on it, but still did. A couple months later when I finally got back in to excersizing, I kept getting sharp pains in my knee and everytime I straightened it, I could like make the craking of the fingers noise. About two weeks ago, I was sitting on the floor and I went to get up, but popped my knee out of place once more and It was bent and burning with pain, so i straighted it and popped it. And after more excersizing the pain still comes.

now i'm really worried because everytime I bend that knee i feel like im going to pop it out of place again, so pretty much im afraid to sit with my knee bent. What should I do?

[yeah sorry but I had to know, my mom could care less]

U possibly have a torn ligament, it may require a splint soon.
But u can build strength in that knee by doing ankle weights
And eventually the knee will not do that.
magnets are great for knee pain, wrap around the knee with
sock or bandage

Is it your kneecap that is popping out of place? If so, you may benefit from seeing a physical therapist. They will direct you in the correct exercises to build the muscles around the area to keep the kneecap where it belongs. Also, they will be able to advise you on the correct knee splint to wear, if any.
Good luck!

Definitely go to an orthopedic doctor and get it checked out. X Rays and a MRI.
