go back with a big book and smush it, or get some bug spray and spray it. Then wash your sheets.

Odds are that the spider is still alive... and if you don't remove it soon, it will find a place to hide somewhere in your bed... and it will get you when you're sleeping!

No, I'm kidding.

Sorry...

Get a big, heavy, waterproof container (like a glass bowl) and put it over the spider. Then get your mom's number out and call her. She can dispose of the spider when she gets home. The spider will not be able to run away if its trapped. If you can, get a clear bowl so you can keep an eye on it at all times... so you know it didn't escape.

Good Luck...
T.

OMG-I hope that you have not squished that spider! Please for your sanity don't! I have squished 3 spiders within the past 5 years that have hatched about 500 baby spiders right after I squished it! I am not lying. I am not trying to scare you. I swear to this. I was pregnant the first time I witnessed this. If you are really scared of spiders do not squish it. The best thing to kill spiders is house cleaning sprays, or bleach. Not just bug spray.
Its not that I am trying to save the life of the spider, I am just trying to save your sanity. I lost mine when I witnessed that.

eek!! I HATE anything that crawls with more than 4 legs!!! ew!
I feel so bad for you! What I would do immediatly is call for someone to get ride of it!! Most likely call ANY man in the house and force him to get rid of it!

Lol. Good-luck. And I hope you can find the spider to get rid of it!

(I feel like I have spiders crawling up my back just picturing a spider on a bed!)

That ringing is the nerve endings dying. It will stop when they die. Once dead they never come back and you will have reduced hearing in that frequency range. Yes it is serious and yes it is permanent (you might not notice it but the damage is there for life). Get rid of the ear buds because they have been proven to cause hearing loss even at moderate levels. Get a set of headphones that go over the ear and not inside. Oh, yea... Turn it down.

I would squish it and fast! What if it reproduces?!Then u woulld have a house full of spiders and you will turn into Spider Woman!lol. My advice is squish it, squish hard! Do it for all the spider haters ( and the ones that are scared) in the world!, (including me)

go get a box or something, like a laundry basket. cover the spider up w/ it before it crawls away. that way, whenever somebody gets home who is less afraid of spiders, they can get it for you. just make sure the box or whatever doesnt have holes.

I hope that you have some roach spray. Spiders are very still creatures and won't move unless scared or ran off.

Spray the spider, watch it die, then change your sheets!

I had a similar situation, but it was with a huge wasp. I just got one of my cats and locked it into my room to take care of it. This method might work with dogs, as well.

ok if u arent REALLY grossed out, get like some plastic gloves and a dirty t-shirt or was cloth and smush it. or if ur REALLY REALLY scared just get like either a guy or a brave girl 2 smuch it 4u. or you can find a flat, hard thing (like a book) and put it on the spider and smush it as hard as u can! thats what me and my friend did when we saw this REALLY SCARY wasp and me and my friend r really scared of bees! (yes, i kno its weird... but this should help)
