Number 1, walking is a good exercise if it is actually helping you to burn fat off of your stomach. If you plan to walk, amp it up a bit. Try to walk up hill to elevate your heart rate or walk/ run. Try to build up your workouts to last 60-90 minutes. For your abs, when you are doing crunches make sure that you navel is pressed toward your spine. Then lift yourself off of the ground slowly and then lower your upper body slowly back towards the ground. This will cause your muscles to BURN, but it works. Have fun......

yes and no, it will help but definitly not make u completely flat, if you learn to do situps nd leg lifts the proper way those are great methods, also flutter kicks are another challenging but effective method. Lay on ur back and raise ur legs 6 inches and flutter your legs for repitions of 15 secs, 30 secs, 1 minute or however long you can hold it. Start low and work your way up

Possibly,
Generally you should try for at least 30 minutes and gradually increase as you progress.
Resuslts will depend on you.
i once knew a guy who would walk for a few hours a day and was very fit
so just try it out if you like it

Any cardio can help you lose any fat you may have, but you have to make sure you are walking with enough force that you CAN'T sing, but CAN talk.
