Help with song name, from 90s (rap and latin opera mix)?

Hi
I have this song video stuck in my head..
There were like space scientists watching a big screen with a big blue (?) colored lady head singing opera in latin (i think).
And then sometimes a rap singer would come in and rap in between.

I was small back then so dont remember much else..

Any help is very very appreciated!

No it is not fifth element. There is no rapping in 5th element just opera and fighting scenes.

Besides its not a movie scene, but a song video.

The scene you're referring to is most likely from the movie "The Fifth Element" with Bruce Willis. The blue alien is the Diva Plavalaguna. She begins by singing an aria from the Italian opera "Lucia di Lammermoor" by Gaetano Donizetti. This scene is famous among opera lovers because the title character is losing her mind. This is the "Mad Scene" made famous by Maria Callas et al. The selection then progresses into a techno selection which demonstrates the "alien" qualities of her voice. Some computer editing was done to the human voice to produce non-human sounds.
