If you not prepared for it its your faults, but instead of stress just relax and do some questions what you can, have a enough rest, deep breathing exercise will make you relax and your brain will work better, after you tried if you fail retake again its not end of the world. Good luck

Get off the computer and start studying. Even if you only retain half of it, it's better than none of it. Make sure you get enough sleep too.
