The best Sci-Fi show from 70s has to be doctor who, jon pertwee adn tom baker made the show so good with such villans as the Master, Davros and the Daleks.

70s... hmm...

the major ones for me would be Six Million Dollar Man/ Bionic Woman, Space 1999, Battlestar Galactica and Buck Rogers.

Space 1999 and Galactica/ Buck were the ones that raised the FX standards for network series with all of their sets and model work. The bionic series were just cool (of course I was just a kid).

different Brit ones are easily highly solid, as are some American ones. i'm no longer a huge Sci-Fi fan, yet delight in those which have twists and stuff. I basically referred to tremendous 8 this evening, which grow to be kinda cool.
