Hard to say. My favorite individual fictional alien (and indeed, one of my favorite fictional characters) is Porniarsk from the book Time Storm, but there is much in the book to suggest that he is not a member of a race per se. That said, well, the zerg from StarCraft are pretty cool, as are the darloks and (surprise!) the meklars from Master of Orion.

Snamuh. They stay in an eery international that can in trouble-free terms be considered via finding in a mirror. they are the very opposite of people in character. you'll be registered as psychotic with the intention to ascertain them. Dorkons. they look suspiciously like some guy in a rubber outfit and look to have huge blobs of paper mache caught on their face. whilst spoke of without understanding it, they are customary to smoke, spit and fartt. Lurians they are obese, have little hair on their apex, and are over 40 earth years previous. They lurk in darkish corners at events. in the event that they have interaction you they're going to reveal their secret that they are from yet another planet. people who do no longer get away them awaken next morning of their earthly abode feeling suspiciously that they've been "used" in some unnatural way that they in no way p.c. to confess to. Cheers!

The Borg, hands down, because they have been just the coolest villians in just about every Star Trek. The Queen was always really good and creepy yet fun, and she could never be killed! She's never truly killed offf in any movie or show. It's great!
